Almost a year ...

Our boydog ... Snowbelt's Steel Curtain (pending) aka "Blitz" will be a year old next month. Boy does time fly! He has always been a good dog, but age continues to refine and sweeten his already empathetic nature. Small reminders when there are little ones about, usually for the first five minutes of their arrival, and then he settles down and acts far older than he ought. He continues to amaze and delight us, and we pray he will do the same for years to come.

As we didn't do much agility with him this first year (though he is fearless, very well balanced to the extent that he walks along the back of our over-stuffed couch without difficulty - it is not against a wall btw, and above all eager to learn) we will be doing more with him this coming year hopefully, with the goal of getting him into some shows perhaps by next fall? He is such a joy to live with agility would just be icing on the cake!
